Christopher J. Rogers, CFA is a seasoned Chief Investment Officer, previously managing over $800MM in client assets at Jackson Financial Management. Mr. Rogers earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Washington in 1983. He has a comprehensive background in portfolio management, sales, marketing, and financial planning.

In 1999, Mr. Rogers joined First American Trust in Santa Ana, CA, as a Senior Portfolio Manager part of a select team responsible for managing bank capital and more than $500MM in Large Cap Core assets. He also served as lead economic analyst of the technology sector analytical team. His separate account management experience extended to over 100 client relationships, encompassing balanced portfolios, equity, and taxable & tax-exempt fixed income, as well as mutual funds, limited partnerships, and real estate.

Overseeing a diverse range of client assets totaling over $800MM and more than 1500 client accounts, Mr. Rogers’ responsibilities included recommending investment options, constructing, maintaining and implementing portfolios, maintaining and updating the firm’s investment policy, chairing weekly investment meetings, and consulting with the Chief Compliance Officer on regulatory matters. Since 1997, he has been an industry arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution.
